General

Abi Scans and Labs provides diagnostic imaging and laboratory services across its branches in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. These terms govern your use of our website and services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Services

Our services include but are not limited to MRI scans, CT scans, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, ECG, echocardiography, blood tests, CBCT and health check-up packages. Services are subject to availability and may vary by branch.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by walk-in. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational requirements, equipment maintenance or other circumstances. Patients are responsible for arriving on time and following all preparation instructions provided.

Diagnostic Reports

Diagnostic reports are prepared by qualified medical professionals based on the information and samples provided. Reports are intended to assist the referring physician and should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare provider. Abi Scans and Labs is not responsible for any clinical decisions made based on diagnostic reports.

Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and medical information. Patients must be at least 18 years of age to independently book services. For patients below 18 years, a parent or legal guardian must consent on their behalf.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and online payment methods. Refunds if applicable will be processed through the original payment method. No cash refunds will be provided for online transactions.

Cancellation

Patients may cancel their appointments by notifying Abi Scans and Labs. Upon cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded through the applicable refund process. For cancellations made through phone or other remote channels, patients may be provided with available options to proceed with the cancellation and refund.

Limitation of Liability

Abi Scans and Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our diagnostic reports. Our liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, logos and trademarks are the property of Abi Scans and Labs. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
